I actually found a pair of the Scars in Persimmon, black iridum. On ebay for 59 bucks, brand new

I've had that problem with a lot of Oakleys, what I figured out was that I was actually flexing my face muscles without realizing it and tightening up the muscles behind my ears. Now I can wear my Oakleys all the time without the pain. Maybe it's the same for you, try relaxing your face muscles

It doesn't work like that. They're rivets, not screws. The arms are fine, it's the nose bridge that's the problem

Apparently the ear stems are called "Hammer Stems" I found several threads about these. They actually are juliets, but apparently oakley made the polished frame and fire lense the only pair of juliets that had hammer stems. These are either first or second generation accoridng to these threads...

I just found out why they have these arms...they're x metal xx's. However...I do not see my polished and fire colorway in here http://www.oakley.com/products/1277/
