I own some 03-303's also, but to answer your question unlike the others i would have to say no they arent really worth full retail price... Don't get me wrong, i love mine, they are AWESOME, i wear them on the weekends and for special occassions and display them the rest of the time, they fit...

the last pair of earsocks on ebay uk ended about a week ago and for £30 GBP. these were the first ones i've seen in months! i usually just use M frame socksw or cut down some 02 strap ones

or Fast Jackets are worth a look, white/oo red polar look cool if you can pull em off without looking like a cyclist.....

when ever i wear Wires i just feel let down that they arent x metal, just doesnt feel right to me these days, feels like they're made out of crap bendy alloy! X Squared X Metal/Ruby (or Polished Carbon/Black if you're into black) its the only thing worth investing in from the current oakley line...

that packaging is shameful but don't be put off ebay buying! some of us spend a lot of money and time on packaging, i double box everything, use brand new bubbles on everything, yeah i recycle the odd box but when possible i use genuine oakley shipping outer boxes, i buy and use watertight...

They have been printing it there since the dawn of time and it always rubs off in the centre "k" area as this is the point you touch to push them up your nose when they slip down! skin oils eat through it over time, can always tell a well worn pair by it. you can have a water based transfer made...

I take it you've got some Pit Boss then dude? they're a nice pair from the current range with hints of Oakley's wayward past about them for us old-skoolers, if you aint got any yet i'd save for them! Trons or Dukes if you want the colour! if you like the Splice you can't fail to like the Boss...
