Oakley probably would have built them this way if they could have... back in 1997 that tech to 3D print titanium would have probably been laughed at.. let alone Making flexible sculptured metal frames out of Titanium. Life finds a way!

Same! I do trim some of the excess material on the front edge of the Honeywell filter to make the filter to make it fit better. However, I use the O-reusable filter at the front of the mask... then the honeywell as the mid layer and the Oakley disposable as a layer to help the honeywell fit...

Speaking about this... Does Oakley still offer Prescription lenses for these? I know they used to for quite some time. They used to say they could do prescription pretty much any of the frames as long as they were prescriptionable from the factory. Would be interesting to do a Jade prizm...
