They did release some shoes back in the day for mountain bikes, Radar Lock. Don't think Oakley will be releasing any sort of shoes, although have seen some from a catalogue for South Africa.....

Not sure on value or collectability. Oakley shoes aren't on everyone's radar. Prob worth a few hundred to the right person.
