I know for a fact that I've had ruby polarized in my vault. I dont have a lot of customers with juliets so I haven't checked my lens in a few days but I'll be at work in an hour I'll upload pictures :)
There's a reason for not seeing them "in the wild" Oakley no longer makes the frames we still make the replacement lenses. They take 6 days to make and they last forever do the math. Not the best prifit margin for Luxottica
I know that's super frustrating :( I work with both half jacket and 2.0 daily I can assure you this rarely happens. As for the pins being different I have no comment.
I believe customer service can be achieved outside of my store. We are all one team and our goal is to make sure all of our customers needs are not only met but exceeded.
I don't get commission, I love Oakley and I will do anything I can to help. What I get personally is the satisfaction that I helped someone that loves the brand as much as I do find something they need.
