Well back with some updates, got the case cleaned up nice with WD-40. Living in a very dry environment will be easy to keep the rust from coming back. Got most of my collection into the case and realized without some vertical stands Im already getting full! Still mostly Frogskins, 2 Juliets and...
It has the stretch Oakley on the back so again that makes sense... I have a big stretch poster and snowboarding posters from the same release that match the case too! I'll try to get some pics up by tonight. I hope it's the only case I'll ever need, so heavy just means my collection ain't...
I have a few extra tabs to hold the shelves in actually! But for now I'll just polish it up by hand the best I can and replace plastic later on down the road... Does this case have a name associated with it like the "spine" or "aluminum" towers? It's got the square O icon, was it for any certain...
Is it that hard to find and cut your own shelves? Its just your standard Lexan sheets right? Even the walls seem to be made out of thinner Lexan than the shelves.
ugh, it was buy the case or these... and it was a terrible paycheck because LUX sucks, top performer at my store and region and 14hours a week is all i get :shock:
I would move it to a better spot and do some quick shots of it with a few glasses but no one else is around to help me move it and this guy is HEAVY! And i live in the wonderful Washington State...
Im still learning my case types, so not sure which one exactly i got. But this is my first Oakley case so Im excited to get everything cleaned up and my collection moved in! Any info on cleaning the case or replacing the Lexan would be appreciated!
