i've had an experience before wherein i got 2 lenses of the same side. i've also gotten lenses with minor scratches. but they were shipped to me so there was nothing i could do. anyway, if you were buying from a store, could you just bring the frame and have them install the lens?
yes, it's possible to replace lenses on the deviation just like most of the metal frames of oakley. you may even place a prescription lens. there is a screw which you can loosen, just like most metal frames. the screw is so small that if you drop it, you'll spend a lot of time looking for it. so...

hi, has any of you tried walleva lenses? or are you interested in them at all? i've tried VL, exovista and walleva already and i've liked walleva most. exovista gives very dark vision and VL's finish is not that smooth so it gives me a vision like there are dust particles on the lens. so far...
