It looks like an legit Oakley Vest, but think Golf Range, not Gun Range. The Range is in the golf line of clothing.

Oakley has re-issued the Razor Blade, Eyeshade, e-wire and T-wire. The Razor Blade had three re-issues.

Ok, saw this and it seems to answer all the questions. It not medical grade and/or even PPE, it seems to be for athletic use (it says that in the Product Overview too). Don't know where everyone got that is was medical grade.

The pair with the larger font is the 2013 Collectors Edition, it was a reissue of the T Wire. They are real, but were made 15 years later than originals.
