Picked these up on the “bay” for a great price. Figured at that price I’d get them modded but they are so clean it’s hard not to love them as they are. Besides now I have an iteration of the Olympic medals.

No issues on 3 pairs of polarized and 2 non-polar so far. Even tried with sunnies on / eyes closed - nothing; sunnies on / eyes open - unlocked.

I totally agree. I think the polished at first glance tends to look like the "fake" carbon fiber until you look closer.

Bad news. They are not the right sides.. and bummer for me they are not even XX. I took them off and they match exactly my Juliets. I compared them to my 24k and they are smaller.

Right. That would be strange. The serial# stopped around 2004 and when I looked at a 2007 catalog they are not yet discussing hydrophobic lenses.
