well i had asked once already, no worries though. as for the stuck bits, it will take someone with a jewelers bit to cut a slot or notch in the screw to attempt extraction. you can get the bits for a standard dremel, but if you do not have steady hands i would drop them at a local jeweler...
this 1 pair of rough lookin penny with beater lenses got me 99.9% of the year. (for literally 20 years now) i do put new lenses in them when i can't see through them anymore, usually after my angle grinder spits a chunk of something at my face. i do occasionally don some Romeo 2s. pretty rare...
carefully open the orbital and grab the end of the screw with needle nose pliers. i actually have a small pair of needle nose pliers i ground down to a thinner profile just for doing this.
pic of the screw? if the head is still there but just totally stripped then: grind a flat head screwdriver till it fits tightly in some portion of the stripped head, and warm the frame up with a hair dryer. if the flat blade screwdriver wont work, you can try a screw extractor bit also...
No matter how many times i put nose bushings in pennies, i will always ruin at least 2 pins. No pair of x-metal is as awkward to hold, tight to fit the pins, or as much of a pain to work on as pennies. Also, nothing fits like a fresh pair of pennies. #worthit

you can cover the cracked side of the box with a piece of clear packing tape. leave extra over the sides, carefully flatten it with a credit card, then trim the edges with a razer. kind of like tinting a window. this will keep the crack from getting worse, and the tape is not visible if...
