The Webmaster of this website reserves the right to change the rates and terms and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new subscriptions. Premium members who have a recurring subscription will not pay an increased rate. However if your membership lapsed because you cancelled the recurring payment, you will have to pay the current rate.
3)Liability
The Webmaster of this website does not warrant that the operation of this website site will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall The Webmaster of this website be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits.
4)Layout and design of this website
The Webmaster of this website reserves the right to determine the final design layout of the website, including the right to edit copy, or amend layouts. The Webmaster of this website also reserves the right, to amend and edit materials provided by advertisers/sponsors.
5)Refunds/Cancellations
Sign up length for the Premium Member Program is one year or lifetime. There are no refunds for premium memberships. Your premium membership will automatically renew after 1 year, unless you have signed up for a lifetime membership. If at any point you would like to prevent your subscription from recurring you may contact the webmaster at Advertising@OakleyForum.com for assistance, or cancel it from within your paypal account, under the subscriptions page. If you do not contact the webmaster for instructions, your Premium Membership subscription will renew at the original agreed upon rate. If you chose to not renew your subscription, you will have to re-signup at the current rate which is subject to change.
6)Rules, Refunds and Bans
As a member of OakleyForum.com whether you be standard or premium, you must still follow all of the rules of the message board. If at any time you are in violation of the rules of this website or on a continued basis break the rules of this website you may be suspended or banned at the discrection of the sites moderators/administrators. In the case that you are suspended or banned for a violation of the rules, you are not entitled to a refund.

Advertisements will not be shown forum wide, however they may be shown on connected sites such as blogs.The Oakley Forum will always try to block advertisements for its premium members, however in certain instances, we are limited to the software we have available and therefore, you may be subject to view advertisements in certain areas.
