12-901 - Need Lenses !!

Hi all

Be glad of some help if you can please.

My wife has a pair of Flaks 12-901. Rootbeer with gold lenses.

Desperately need a new pair of lenses the same colour (after 4 years !!)

Can anyone help please with a number to search for them? I'm aware they are no longer supplied. Hoping there might be a pair out there somewhere for her.
