12 Gauge Watch Alarm Synchro

Should the alarm sub-dial synchronize with the main time dial and both keep time until the alarm dial is manually changed?
In the instruction manual it says "To Synchronize Alarm." I would think that means the alarm hands should move concurrent with the main time hands. I had a GMT with alarm and the alarm hands moved in sync with the main time. Anyone have the same issue?

They do not keep time together. The alarm is a separate time piece. It only moves by either syncing or setting the alarm with the button B. Did you get it to sync?
