I'd have to agree. If you print them flat (or round) side up, the hole on bottom should print fine. May need to adjust slicer settings but it should print fine.Totally don't need support for those

You can print them as caps with a void, and print the post separately. Press/glue them together.
Or just print them in the left orientation, should be able to without any real extra support print.
