Yeah, I laugh when people try to justify their prices by saying "extremely rare," or "collector's item." The way I see it, there are two types of people who wear Oakleys. Those who buy them just to wear them. They won't pay the ridiculous prices because they don't care about them that much. Then there are the rest of us on the O-Forum. We collect and see a value in owning great sunnies and colorways. So we already know if something is limited or a collector's item and don't need some person that happened to stumble upon a great pair of sunnies to tell us it is limited.

They just get out of hand and lose the interest of the ones who they should actually be targeting by over-charging.

Three types....the collectors that buy rare to wear. Still won't pay a ton, but I have half a dozen discontinued and rare pairs I wear all the time....I just treat them with the utmost care.

Can anyone here possibly think of any model of Juliet would be worth this asking price? Has serial #...okay, has aftermarket polarized lenses...okay, excellent shape...okay, everyone's opinion of "excellent" will vary. I reached out to the seller just out of curiosity to ask exactly what he/she has and for some pictures. We'll see what happens...
