6pm Flaks Blue

can anyone tell me if the Dark Blue and Blue on 6 pm are the same as the pics show and if they are Matte/Polished or sparkly(ugh) Thanks

I believe they are a polished dark blue. Send me the link, I picked up a pair from steep and cheap a few weeks back and I think they are the same ones.
