A Couple Of Questions

I just bought a set of Minute 1.0's from E-bay and had a couple of questions about them.

1. I have always owned X-Metals and used a screw driver to remove the lenses. With O-Matter glasses, what is the easiest / best way to remove the lenses with out damage?

2. I just wanted to verify that Juliet lenses are proper donor lenses for the Minute 1.0. I tried to look at the chart, but it is blank.

1 - Just gently pop them out of the frame.
