IF you like chile make sure to ask for Hatch Green where ever you eat if not already listed in the menu.
This place used to be really good but it has been a couple years since I have eaten there.

Theres no Oakley to speak of, other than SGH. The tram is nice, Santa Fe Plaza, Our Natural History Museum.
If you have a car, make it up N 14 to Madrid.

Thanks for the tips Patient_Cero and the_owl. I will be staying at the Hard Rock, I don't know where these places are compared to where the hotel is but I will definately look into going. I'd also like to visit White Sands National Park.

You are looking at a 3+hr trip one way to White Sands. IF you make a over night of it the easiest place to stay in Alamogordo.
