Any Fix For Crooked Juliet Earstems?

Try removing the arms (without losing the washers) and see if the arms are bent. When laying them on a smooth surface you can tell if the arms are bent. If they are straight then it might be something else.

The attachment point on the arms are angled. I.E. you cannot swap the arms to the other side. Tolerances are pretty tight but there is about a quarter inch of play if you slide the arm into the attachment point in the orbital. If somehow the hole in the arm is worn and part of the washer(s) has torn then you might have the right combo to make the arms uneven.

Take it apart and see what's happening.
