Depends on location. Some are nice and I hear some suck. My local one is very nice.

@Dyeraudio is the traveling store inspector.

The Destin store is cool. I visit it when I go up for work. Those guys who work in the store will love the company. It is always dead when I go. Doubt you will find any hidden gems though.

I think most Oakley employees love working for the company.

Obviously not everyone has great coworkers/bosses, but it's an easy company to enjoy being a part of.
