Any Trick To Changing Lens

I have a Monster Dog and Scalpel that I want to change the lens color. Are there any tricks to changing the lens without putting stress on the lens and creating spider webs on the lens?

Just press in the center of the back of the lens and push out towards the front of the frame. Its uber rare to damage the lenses doing this especially in an omatter frame. Spider cracks are seen mostly on the vintage wire frames like the why 8.1 and the Romeo 1....

With the Scalpel in particular the biggest issue I had was paint rubbing off from frequent lens swaps. Depending on what finish you have that may not be an issue but if you keep it in mind before doing the swaps you can prevent some of the damage.
