So as an update, the bro in law ended up not getting the above yet and @pistolpetefan23 ended up giving me a $75 off $150 and he just created some custom Flak 2.0 XL's!

This is his first pair and he is pumped! He ordered:

Flak 2.0 XL - with:
-Matte black frame
-Chrome O
-Black rubber
-Sapphire Iridium Polarized lenses!
