Anyone Know What This Is For?

Picked it up as part of the haul but not really sure what it's for (other than the fact it looks good in the bottom of the tower!). Has 2 strips of adhesive backed foam on the underside. Any ideas?

I am pretty sure it is a raised display stand. I saw one the other day. They normally just sit glasses on them.

i was going to suggest that it was used to display footwear, but most likely apparel. anyways, its a nice piece to have.
