Anyone near Phoenix....cheap 3.0 single wides

I'm just putting this on the forum because it was an amazing deal..... I am not in Phoenix but I thought I'd put on the forum for those that are 3.0 single Wides for $50 on craigslist posted 12 days ago I believe....I hope someone gets one or a few of these it's an amazing deal

theyre also outside, and missing glass shelves apparently. the shelves have a complex cut to them to clear the hinge. Id guess $80/shelf with bevel and cut?

EDIT also expect to replace the ballasts and bulbs from water damage. really not a value.
