Are Fuel Cell Legs Supposed To Be Uneven?

As you can see from the pic, the left leg sits above the ground while the right leg rests on the ground....is this normal?

Quite a few O frames of mine sit like that, no idea why, they just do...

This can sometimes happen as the frame twists slightly to fit our face shape. Most people have one ear slightly lowe than the other. As long as they fit you right Dutch I wouldn't worry.

I had 3 pairs of SW 24ks that did this, and all were like this straight out of the box without me even trying them on. I knew it could occur, but for 3 pairs in a row to do it, all of the exact same model, was odd. I don't know why it does it or if Oakley need to sort out something in their manufacturing to stop it happening in the future.

none of my frames do this but i have heard this happening to others. i always thought it was due to warping from being left in the hot sun to much.
