Are These Half Jackets?

Is xman a seller of oakley parts ?

No my friend, Xman does not sell Half Jacket parts, he does repair work on the xmetal line. That frame looks like it has seen better days but hey its a frame. You maybe better off getting a whole new pair but if its new lenses and unobtainium rubber your in need of, check the links below....Glad to help....

Yes that is an XLJ lens and make sure you get lenses for the original half jackets not the half jacket 2.0s, Black iridium polarized, if the frame is shot you can probably send it to Drchop and he may be able to repaint it... the vault has lenses http://oakleyvault.com/product/half-jacket-xlj-accessory-lenses/13-410 or if you want a custom pair have IH do a cut if he can.

i was thinking of air brushing them. what kind of paint should be used? not rustolium i'm sure.

Use automotive paint and clear, if you have access to it. House of Color paint is a good choice, and easily obtainable by hobbyists. You can even get automotive paints in rattlecans these days. Whatever you do, just make sure you get good adhesion between the paint and the frame (I recommend using Bulldog Adhesion Promoter vs sanding). otherwise you'll have problems with peeling/flaking down the road. There is a thread in the DIY section with lots of invaluable info on painting. The advice from Dr. Chop in the thread is gold:
