Are they Oakley Ducati Crosshair different from Crosshair 2.0?

The first link you posted is for the Crosshair 2012 or New Crosshair. The Ducati Crosshair was just colorway that was offered and isn't even an option on that page. It was a lead colored frame with warm gray lenses and red rubbers.

The second is a Crosshair 2.0, totally different and they never made a Ducati version.

And to completely confuse you, there was also an original Ducati Crosshair with a silver frame, black Iridium lenses and red rubbers.
