I recently bought a pair of fast jackets from a reputable sunglasses seller on e-bay,the reason im asking is the box had no upc label on it.how does this guy get so many and be able to sell less than the factory.does oakley sell factory seconds?if there fakes they are a perfect copy.there is a number on the frame 009156-06 71 09
what does it mean.

The first number is the description of the frame and the 71 09 is the size
