Some good information in this thread! I am trying to grow a fuller beard, limited by my current job but that won't be a problem in a few months. Always rocked a beard since college but kept it along the jaw line, now letting it grow on the cheeks and I have to say I'm really diggin it. Have to trim it every few weeks to keep it "acceptable" but someday I too hope to have an epic beard!
