Best way to clean tarnished aluminum stands?

I just received a few single and double tier aluminum stands in the mail, but unfortunately, they are heavily tarnished. Is there a quick and easy way to clean them up. Like placing them in a bucket of (insert product name) solution and let them soak, hopefully, with no scrubbing involved. I don't have a large enough ultrasonic cleaner to dump them in. Any ideas? Thanks.

Never dull polish works great, it comes in a can in autumotive

Thanks for the suggestions. I got this Meguiars Hot Wheels spray. I haven't tried it yet, but will update this thread if it works.
