Yup. They're a pleasure to deal with, though. And we pay about 1/3 less than advertised (all about the business account). Know anyone else that makes pre-made ship flat international crates? That's a real question, we use uline and while very lovely they're damn $500 a pop. No discount on those, we don't buy enough.

And it's only $50. Certainly not worth the effort that a quasi-government agency would make you go through to get $50. You could get a free phone easier.
Remember that letter that they sent out when a trailer going to Canada caught fire? They stated that they don't normally do it but that they would make an exception and refund postage.
That was BIG of them!

Typical behavior from a bureaucracy - screw you less than they were going to screw you and treat that like a favor.
