VR28 BIP hides your eyes well. Your eyes will only be visible in some light conditions and it shouldn't be an issue. I prefer OO BIP to BIP and I also prefer it over VR28 BIP in daily use, but VR28BIP is a better lens when there is snow and/or flat light.
