Can Anyone Confirm The Existance Or Otherwise Of Mars 04-108 And 04-109?

i have long known the following were set up with part codes, but have never seen confirmation of their existence, does anyone have any information about:-

mars - x metal - black with red socks 04-108
mars - x metal crater - black with red socks 04-109

this is not simply a case of putting red socks on the 'normal' 04-103 & 04-105 releases (which would have become custom pairs). i am interested to see evidence of these mars with the original boxes showing the part codes i ask about.
