Can Anyone Explain This? It Has Got Me Puzzled

There are a few sellers that pull that "rare" crap in the description. They canabalize other frames change lenses and call it custom too.

Best I have ever seen was the "rare" vented frogskin lenses. The top 10% of the lenses weren't there. Described as: perfect for wearing in the extreme heat of the summer.
