This was from the alternate opening of the 2008 hulk movie. Looks like a hybrid of mars + eye jacket + side blinders from modified juliets/penny from cyclops.......

pretty sure they're not oakley but they look cool!

It almost looks like it has orbitals at the bottom... Very strange. Not oakley for sure, unless some sort of frankenstine thing that never saw production?
