Remember that broken X Squared from eBay? Turns out someone sent it to me as a challenge to fix it. The amount of damage sustained by this poor XS is astounding with 3 major points of warped metal and one massive fracture. This is one delicate x metal in life or death situation! Who reckons it can survive the ER operation without parts swapping?

I am sorry to say, I think that orbital is terminal. I would like to see a Lazarus story though.

This is where a spares section would be good. Either to procure a replacement or sell the parts.

Can't see how you can fix the crack without welding it... Heat and bending it back might make it usable even with the crack...

Pull..........Blam.........Woops! You gotta admit the oculars do offer unobstructed vision with no lens in the way. I don't think they were polarized. Maybe pulverized!
