Have any you guys every tried to cancel an online order before they process and ship it. I placed the order on Thursday but found a better deal on the same pair this morning.

He fixed it! Last Thursday, like a week ago man? Hmmm, I'd call them first thing Monday if it hasn't already shipped. I believe you could always just return it, although that is a hassle...
 
I'd say call customer service and cancel straight up with them. If it shipped ask what your options are to cancel/return
 
Once it's processed they can't do anything about it (or so they say). Had the same issue and my only options were to return them at my cost or return at a store. Or just keep both... You can never have enough.
