are you using tapatalk? if so, you may need to clear your cache.

go to homepage; me (bottom right corner); settings. then scroll down to 'clear cache'. this will free up several gb of room if you have yet to do it....

i get that when the picture or file is to large or of such a quality that it requires more memory then i have. Some websites limit that size that you can upload.

try a smaller picture.
