Case Scratch Lens?

Just put your glasses in the microbag, and then put them in the case. If you're working with spare lenses, those mini microbags that come with HJ and Flak replacement lenses will do the trick. Or just use the lens pocket that's sewn into the Jawbone specific microbag.
 
I called Oakley customer service.
They claim they have "never" heard of such an event.
They said I should send them photos of the scratch lens as well as how it sits in the case.
They also require a bill of sale to show that the frame was recently purchased.
I'm a bit disappointed that they are not more forthcoming to just offer a replacement and it was clear that I am required to "prove it" even before they will let me mail it back to them.
 
This is not unique and they have become more difficult about these type of things... I ended up putting grey lenses in mine and selling at a loss. 10 years ago u would probably have new lenses by now
PS: they "never heard" of people whose eyes CAN'T do polarized yet I have met someone in every O store/Vault I have been in that has encountered this.
