Changing Oil Rig Lens

I appologize for asking since I know all of you are pretty much pro status when it comes to changing lenses, but does anyone have a video on changing the oil rig lens (or any advice), i've seen a couple on youtube, but i wanted to see more before I just went ahead and did it, since i've never done it before. Any info regarding it helps too, thanks.

i know how you feel! changing the lens on my radar at first was daunting because you had to bend and push the lens so much. dont worry theyre pretty tough, and pretty straight forward. good luck!
