I wear rx glasses, but I don't want to spend the dough for true rx lenses. Pondering buying the linegear ruby clear xs lenses to wear all the time.... Has anyone tried these

Lenscrafters does transition rx for oakley frames. Not sure if it comes from Oakley direct or if they order them through a 3rd party. worth checking out though.

I had issues wearing Rx lenses in frames that use curved lenses. The curvature of the lenses combined with my prescription caused weird distortion issues and gave me headaches. I was using Square Wires as my Rx frames, and then I ended up having to go with Oakley Rx frames instead as they use a flat lens.

You might not have problems with a weak prescription, but since mine is kinda high, i couldn't do it. Just a word of caution.

I nearly put my RX lens in a pair of my MD's but then bottled it. There was a guy who use to be on here, he's on FB, called jimfactorypilotbarker that i'm sure wears his RX lens in his X-Metal Square.
