I did them. I used a 8" buffing wheel, a few different rouges and then finished it off with metal cleaners and polish.

What about a Penny coin? Use the same process?

Could probably use any number of weak acids to clean the tarnish off the copper and return it to like new condition. Just like cleaning a copper penny
