For the hawaii you'd have to buy a pair of Hawaiian exclusive glasses through pipe dreams surf co. My holbrooks came with them.

Wish I had known these were in demand, there was a 3 or 5-pack of USA bags for sale at the Oakley Store (HQ) this week. I would trade them all for single Ireland flag bag.
