Crosshair 2012 Fans

Why do you like it and how do you think it compares to the earlier models?

Which frame and lens do you recommend?

I'm thinking of making a purchase and would love to read some thoughts from fans (or non fans)

Couple of observations:

- Frustrating how few replacements lens there are (just 6 at Oakley.com)
- The 'jutting out' style of the stems is unusual (not sure it enhances the look...)
- The wrap on these are fantastic - better than any Raybans I've tried

Still I can't decide overall whether I love or just like the 2012 model...

I believe that lens is prior to 2012 and will not fit.

I have a gold/dark grey 2012 Crosshair... It's okay ... I'm not crazy about it but it does the job at work

I guess the Ballistics are only on SI....

I've had 4. I still have 2. I really like them. My favorite so far is the titanium frame with tungsten polarized. LOVE that pair.

Like Rustpot I also have two pairs. The ducati and matte black pairs. Next will be the polished chrome vr28 pair. I find that having a smaller face I am limited to what I can wear but wires suite well

I also have a smaller face and agree the fit of the Crosshair 2012 is fabulous.
