Sat on a pair of my Crosshairs a while ago and the frame is now bent out of shape. What's the best method to get these back to working condition?

Bring them to a Sunglass Hut. Make sure the person handling them has been with the company for a while. Many of the new people (and there are a lot right now) do not have the experience in frame molding.

no, they dont have much experience with fixing frames, just selling them. You could also hit up a lenscrafters or your local RX store, just make sure they know what they are doing before you let them loose with your glasses
