Custom E Wire

These were delivered today:

I bought these mainly because I lost a pair of E Wires years ago. A pair that I bought when I was lucky enough to be invited to the F&F event at the Oakley HQ, around 2001-2002. The pair I had I paid $40-50 at the time. I also had a chance at the time to buy Mars for $50, but passed because I thought they looked weird... What a mistake!

So I tried these on, and was surprised to find them to be too narrow. I'm not sure whether I've gotten considerably fatter since 2002, or I'm just too used to how the Juliet fits on my face...

The listing said Bronze frame. You're right on about the lenses. I'm not familiar enough with E Wire production to know the official colors for the frames.

Still a great looking pair. I have a spike with the brown / clear gradients. They are nice on cloudy / overcast days. Unique look to them

It's an E Wire 2.0. I saw a lot of them in the Vaults a few years back.

No, the last generation of the E Wire was E Wire 2.1. Which really didn't look like the previous generations.
