Custom lenses for Sq Wire 2.0 SH

Hi, someone suggested I get custom cut lenses for a pair of Sq Wire 2.0 SH that I have and was curious about pricing. Can anyone on here give me a ballpark estimate for a pair of black iridium polarized lenses?

Maybe @Oakster has some still? I got a set of BIP from him a while back for my Sq. Wire 2.0 SH.

I should have a couple still. Gold Iridium Polarized (13-485) and 13-330 which I can't remember which color that is and can't find it on google, but it's not polarized. I can try and figure out which it is tomorrow.
