Defogger Suggestions?

Does anyone here use any defogger on their lenses? If so which one? I was interested in this brand....
Defog It - AntiFog Solution-Prevent fog on glasses, goggles, faceshields & other optics.

I would buy the Oakley anti-fog spray. It's made for their goggles and sports shields, so I would call Oakley and ask if it works with their glasses.
