Differences Between Beltline Down And Umnark Down Jacket?

Does anyone know the differences between the Beltline Down and Umnark Down Jackets on Oakley Vault? The images look the same and pricing is the same.

Beltline down is part of the pro rider series and has the Pertex fabric; other than that there doesn't seem to be much of a difference

What is Pertex fabric? Also, you would think if they other didn't have the same weather protection, they would be priced differently.

basically windproof breathable fabric.

You would think there would be a price difference but who knows. 800 fill down in either jacket should be pretty warm but I'm a gore tex guy through and through for weather protection.

I picked up both. Both have Pertex Quantum. Identical jackets. One has model number 411696. The other has 411696OEM. First one black and second one Shadow or dark grey. My son likes the grey one best. They must name the Umnak based on SI issue?
