Different Frames?

Different how?

I've noticed the SW 24ks seem to come with a bent frame quite often.

the lenses in the Matte black/Violet are smaller than those in the antifreeze/Black. thats all the frog experience i have, but yea, maybe variation between years? i know matte black was made about 3/4 years before the antifreeze?

Some lenses can be a bit smaller than others, but I think what the OP is alluding to is around the bottom of the frame below the lenses on Frogskins, most are slightly different between colorways. For example, matte red's are extremely thin and rounded in this area, while SW24k are really much thicker and squared off. I heard that this was due to the different finishing processes for polished, matte, and crystal frames.

a lot of frames seem to be way more stiff than others, i was gonna put some blue lenses from a pair i have into a polished white pair and i couldnt even get the lenses out of the white ones.
